Uploading and Processing

With all details configured, you are ready to upload your imagery. Solvi manages both the upload and the processing automatically.

Starting the Upload

Click Upload Images to begin the upload. Do not close this browser tab until the upload is finished, as this will interrupt the transfer. If you need to continue working in Solvi, open a separate tab and use it alongside the upload.

Automatic Processing

When all images have been uploaded, Solvi automatically begins stitching and processing. No additional input is required. Processing time depends on the size of the dataset:

• Smaller datasets (a few hundred images) usually finish within 15–30 minutes.
• Larger datasets (1000+ images) may take 1–3 hours or longer.

After processing is complete, you will receive an email notification. The processed dataset will then appear in the field dashboard, ready for analysis.

Processing Multiple Uploads Simultaneously

There is no limitation in terms of how many uploads you can do at the same time, so if you have more datasets to process, just open a new tab and start a new upload workflow.

Number of simultaneous uploads that you can do in a reasonable amount of time will depend on the upload speed of your internet connection. For 100-1000 mbit connections we recommend to do no more that 3-5 simultaneous uploads.
